Online withdrawal
If you purchased as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason. The function below identifies the contract, lets you verify the declaration and records its date and time.
The 14-day period
For goods, the period starts when you or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession; for split deliveries, it starts with the last good, lot or piece. For services and digital content, it starts when the contract is concluded.
Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient. If the required withdrawal information was omitted, the period may be extended by up to twelve months beyond the initial period.
Using the function
Enter the details needed to identify you and the contract. On the next screen verify the declaration and use the unequivocal ‘Confirm withdrawal’ button. No reason is required.
An acknowledgement on a durable medium containing the declaration, reference, date and time is sent without undue delay. Keep that message and contact info@enkey.eu if you need assistance.
Returns and refunds
Goods must be sent back within 14 days after notice, following the instructions provided. Unless otherwise stated or collected by the trader, direct return costs are borne by the consumer. Liability is limited to diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
ENKEY SNC refunds the payments due, including standard delivery, within 14 days of notice using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until receipt or proof of dispatch; premium delivery costs are not refunded.
Services, digital content and exceptions
Where early service performance was expressly requested, the proportionate amount performed before withdrawal remains due. For non-tangible digital content, the right is lost only after prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss and durable-medium contractual confirmation.
Statutory exceptions are used only when their concrete requirements are met. Withdrawal and the legal conformity guarantee are separate remedies.
