These contact channels may be used for pre-contractual communications, support, complaints and statutory remedies. The dedicated digital withdrawal function is available from the Online withdrawal page.

Scope and contractual documents

The service description, prices, taxes, term, renewals, support levels, delivery and special conditions are stated on the service page, quotation or confirmed order. Expressly accepted special terms prevail without restricting mandatory consumer rights.

A consumer is a person acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Mandatory consumer protection applies only where those conditions are met.

Contract formation and correction of errors

Before a binding order, the customer receives the main characteristics, total price including taxes, recurring costs, payment method, term and withdrawal information and may correct errors before final confirmation.

A contract is concluded when ENKEY SNC accepts the order or the customer accepts a binding quotation and completes any required payment. For services purchased online, the applicable agreement can be read and downloaded before payment; after payment, the customer signs it with an email one-time code. Work starts only after signature and, unless the consumer expressly requests an early start, after the withdrawal period. Confirmation and applicable terms are supplied on a durable medium, normally by email or as a downloadable account document.

Prices, invoices and payment

Prices clearly state whether VAT is included. A consumer sees the total payable before ordering. Card payments are processed by Stripe and ENKEY SNC does not store full card details.

Fees, due dates, renewals and consequences of non-payment are those in the accepted offer. Recurring services are not activated by pre-ticked boxes or undisclosed charges.

Performance and customer materials

Timing may depend on the timely supply of agreed content, access and approvals. Customer-caused delays are documented and may reasonably adjust the schedule without waiving statutory rights.

The customer warrants that supplied material may lawfully be used. ENKEY SNC may suspend manifestly unlawful or unsafe content and will inform the customer where permitted.

Consumer withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days from conclusion of a service or digital-content contract. For goods, the period starts on delivery under the rules applicable to split orders.

The digital function labelled ‘Withdraw from the contract here’ is available from the Online withdrawal page. After ‘Confirm withdrawal’, an acknowledgement containing the declaration, date and time is sent without undue delay on a durable medium.

If a consumer expressly requests performance during the withdrawal period, only the proportionate amount performed before withdrawal is payable. Starting a service alone does not remove the right; it ends after full performance only where statutory conditions are met.

Digital content and licences

Immediate supply of non-tangible digital content, including licence keys, begins during the withdrawal period only after separate express consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost once performance begins, followed by durable-medium confirmation.

Without those statutory requirements no automatic exclusion is applied. Statutory conformity remedies for digital content and services remain available.

Wallet, microchips and cashback

The loyalty programme is shared by Enkey Agency and Enkey Computers. 10 microchips make 1 chip and 10 chips equal €1 in discount, so 100 microchips equal €1. They are personal promotional credits, not money, a deposit, investment or financial product; they bear no interest and cannot be converted or refunded in cash.

A newly registered shop customer automatically receives 10% off the first eligible purchase. Eligible full-price amounts earn 2% cashback; discounted or promotional amounts, including the welcome discount, earn 1%. The order summary shows the actual treatment. The balance may be used as a voucher up to the cart limit and not on amounts already paid with microchips.

Cashback is credited after payment or order confirmation. Cancellations, refunds, reversals, fraud, errors or failed payments reverse the related credits and restore redeemed credits according to the economic outcome. The balance is personal, non-transferable and usable only through the same account; future limits or expiry rules will be disclosed before applying to new credits.

Timed promotions and Cyber Days

Each campaign identifies its name, period, eligible services or versions, percentage and discounted price components. Cyber Days may set separate defaults for Standard, AI and Pro and, for each tier, distinguish setup and recurring fees. Every service inherits the active campaign unless clearly excluded or overridden; a service/version override takes priority.

The campaign is applied automatically during the stated period using Italian time. The prior or list price, promotional price, VAT, recurring term and renewals are shown before payment. Unless expressly stated, promotions, vouchers and microchips are stackable only as allowed in the final summary. Expiry does not alter an order already concluded: the promotional recurring fee remains unchanged for the full subscription term; new purchases follow the price and terms confirmed for the new order.

Liability, intellectual property and disputes

No exclusion applies to fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Rights in pre-existing tools and third-party components remain with their owners; rights in commissioned deliverables are those expressly stated in the quotation after payment.

Complaints may be sent to info@enkey.eu. Consumers may use an authorised ADR body without losing access to court. The former EU ODR platform has been discontinued. Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or their legally competent court.
