After signing in, the dashboard shows the features enabled for your role. Customers can review their services and projects, check wallet movements and download available documents. Collaborators and internal staff see only activities and compensation allowed by their permissions. If an item is missing, open a private administration and payments ticket with the relevant period, transaction reference and service. Staff can investigate without exposing financial details publicly.
